Complex care for adults and children
At SCP Complex Care, we’re experts at assisting people in the comfort of their own homes who’ve been discharged back into the community after time in hospital. We offer bespoke, highly-focused care that’s unique to each individual. Not only do we directly manage the clinical complex care needs of client, but we conduct on-site training of care assistants with competency sign-offs, too, along with provide on-going support to our community support workers.
